To start a return, you will need to request approval from our team. Once approved, we will provide instructions to send the item back. This step is required before any return is shipped.

After we receive the returned items, we will process your refund without delay. Refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method where possible. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Returns are limited to unused products, with a maximum of two opened items permitted per customer. The 60-day window begins from the date of delivery. Requests made outside of this period may still be reviewed, but approval is not guaranteed.

Please note that our products are sold strictly for research purposes. Any evidence of use outside of this intended purpose will invalidate eligibility for a refund.
